Scope of Work (Monthly Deliverables):
- Google Business Profile (GBP):
- Bi-Weekly Activity: We post 1 update (offer, news, OR photo) to keep your profile active and signaling to Google.
- Review Management: We draft professional responses to new reviews (positive or negative) to show engagement.
- Content Engine:
- 1 SEO Blog Post: A 500-word article targeted at a specific local keyword (e.g., “Best Plumber in Gilbert”).

- Reporting:
- Monthly Snapshot: A clean PDF report showing your traffic, keyword rankings, and GBP views, delivered straight to your inbox.
Boundaries:
- Commitment: 3-Month Minimum Contract. SEO takes time to gain traction. We require a quarterly commitment to ensure we have enough time to show results.
- Access: You must grant us “Manager” access to your Google Business Profile.
- Content Approval: Blog topics are approved by you at the start of the month. Your input will be required to gear this page to your customers and services. If we don’t receive feedback within 3 days, we proceed with publication to maintain the schedule.
- Cancellation: Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
- Google Ads Swap: Don’t want to wait for rankings?
- We will allow you to switch 1 SEO Blog Post for one Google Ads session for the month.
- You will need to request this at the start of the month.
- SEO is a Marathon. Google Ads is a Sprint.

Think of SEO like a gym membership: We provide the personal trainer and the workout plan, but we can’t guarantee you’ll look like a bodybuilder in 30 days. We promise to do the hard work—optimizing your content, fixing technical errors, and building your authority—but specific rankings (like “being #1 for ‘Arizona T-Shirts'”) are ultimately decided by Google’s algorithm, not us. - SEO & Third-Party Liability: Iron Clad Agreement
Client acknowledges that Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is governed by third-party search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) with proprietary algorithms that change frequently. Kabyware Consulting makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding specific search engine rankings, the time it will take to achieve rankings, or the permanence of any rankings achieved. Kabyware Consulting is not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms that may negatively affect the Client’s website visibility. All SEO services are performed on a “best effort” basis.
