Scope of Work (Deliverables):
- Integration: Installation and setup of a standard booking plugin (e.g., Calendly Embed, Amelia, or Bookly).
- Calendar Sync: We connect the system to your personal Google/Outlook Calendar so you never get double-booked.
- Configuration: Setup of:
- 1 Service Type (e.g., “1-Hour Consultation”).
- 1 Staff Member (You).
- Availability Rules (e.g., “M-F, 9am-5pm”).
- Notifications: Setup of automated email confirmations for you and the client.
Boundaries:
- Software Costs: The price covers our labor. You are responsible for any monthly subscription fees for the booking software (e.g., Calendly Premium is ~$12/mo).
- Limits: Includes setup for 1 Service and 1 Staff Member. Complex setups (multiple employees, round-robin assignment) require a custom quote.
- Training: Includes a 1-Hour Zoom walkthrough. Additional training is billed at $150/hr.
- Payment Integration: If you want to charge for bookings, you must also purchase the E-Commerce Setup add-on (unless your booking software handles payments natively like Calendly).
