Contract Term: 3 Months. Auto-renews unless cancelled 14 days prior to renewal.
Scope of Work:
- Hosting: High-performance managed WordPress hosting monitoring.
- Security: Daily Backups, Malware scanning (via hosting). We review reports and fix critical issues.
- SSL: We monitor and manage installation. Note: If your host charges for the certificate fee, that is billed to you.
- Updates: Weekly Plugin, Theme, and WordPress Core updates.
- Support: 1 Hour of content edits/tech support per month.
Overage Policy:
- Support requests exceeding 1 hour are billed at a discounted rate of $50/hr (Standard rate is $150/hr).
- Unused hours do not rollover.
