Scope of Work (What We Can Do):
- Content Updates: Changing text, swapping images, or updating blog posts.
- Design Tweaks: Adjusting colors, fonts, or layout spacing on existing pages.
- Tech Support: Troubleshooting plugin conflicts, fixing broken links, or resolving error messages.
- Training: A 1-on-1 Zoom call to teach you how to use a specific feature of your site.
- Small Features: Installing a new plugin or setting up a simple contact form.
Boundaries (The Rules):
- Minimum: Sold in 1-Hour blocks. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments.
- How We Track Time: We deduct time from your balance in 15-minute blocks.
- Example: If a task takes 10 minutes, we deduct 15 minutes. If it takes 20 minutes, we deduct 30 minutes.
- Rollover: Hours must be used within 30 days of purchase. They do not roll over to the next month.
- Estimates: For larger tasks, please contact us first. If a task takes longer than the hours purchased, work will pause until additional hours are secured.
- Emergency Work: This service is for standard business hours (M-F, 9-5). Emergency/Weekend support is billed at 1.5x the standard rate.
- Not Included: Full page designs, complex custom coding, or malware removal (unless covered by a Care Plan) typically require a custom project quote.
